Youth and women from the villages will be selected for skill training workshops that will ensure capacity for sustainable livelihood.
TRACT is an NGO partner to VSTF and is working in 10 Gram Panchayats within the Buffer of Pench Tiger Reserve, Maharashtra.
A total of 45 villages, with close to 20,000 families will benefit through this program.
The aim of this program is to improve the living conditions of the local communities through development and amenities; to address employment challenges and the dependence on forest habitat.
